How to arrive at Aymavilles

  • BY CAR

Arriving from Italy, you can take the SS 26 or the motorway A5 Turin-Aosta. Continue along the road from Aosta to Courmayeur up to the Aosta west-Aymavilles tollgate.

From France, Mont-Blanc tunnel or Piccolo San Bernardo Pass, during summer.

From Switzerland, Gran San Bernardo tunnel or Gran San Bernardo Pass.

When you arrive at the Aosta station you can catch the bus n° 2 whose end of the line is Aymavilles, or the other bus to Cogne which stops also at the Aymavilles village.

In Aosta there is a small airport particularly useful if you are coming from Rome.

The airport of Aosta will be closed from June 2008, because of the works to extend the landing field and expand the airport areas. The works will go on for about a year.

If you prefer you can land at Turin, Milan or Geneva and than continue by bus.
