From Vieyes, follow the path that comes out in the forest toward the houses of Plan Pessey and continue straight ahead to the fork for the alpine pasture Leutta. At this point, however, you must continue in the forest following the edge of the river, passing near some abandoned farmhouses to then cross the river leading toward the houses of the Nomenon. Crossing the river on a wooden walkway and continuing to climb, following the edge of the river, you arrive at the alpine pasture Grand Nomenon where the campsite Gontier rises. Sleeping spaces: 12. Opening: keys from Elio Gontier tel. +39 0165/902259

From the Campsite Gontier, follow route 5A on the orographic left, which leads to the glade of the Chantel sentry box of the National Park of the Gran Paradiso.

Along trail n. 4 you descend, in a dense of forest of White Fir and Red Fir toward the glade of Plan Pessey and Sylvenoire, then toward Vieyes.

To shorten the itinerary by approximately 1 hour, you may depart directly from the hamlet of Sylvenoire.
